TERMS OF SALES

In accordance with the provisions of articles 6-III and 19 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for Confidence in the digital economy, known as L.C.E.N., we inform users and visitors of the site enjoy-iledere.shop the following information : ​ Article 1: object ​ The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of ENJOY, located at 7 bis rue du lièvre in Sainte-Marie-de-ré with the following SIRET number 92039653800018 with share capital of €5,000 and whose address email is the following contact@enjoy-iledere.shop and its customers in the context of the sale of goods present on this site. Any service performed by ENJOY implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. ​ Article 2: Presentation of products ​ The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Catalogue” section of our site. All texts and images presented on the Enjoy Île de Ré site are reserved, for the entire world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 3: Validity period of sales offers ​ The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by email or by post. The customer can then be fully refunded or choose another item as a replacement. Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. ​ Article 4: Product prices The "Catalogue" section of our site indicates prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when the customer selects a product and the shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of the different products by the customer. ENJOY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed. The proposed prices include discounts and rebates that ENJOY would be required to grant taking into account its results or the payment by the buyer of certain services. No discount will be granted in the event of early payment. ​ Article 5: Order ​ The customer validates his order when he activates the “Confirm your order” link at the bottom of the “Summary of your order” page after having accepted these conditions of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically asked to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors. ENJOY confirms the order by email; this information includes in particular all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal. The data recorded by ENJOY constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by ENJOY under the legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department. ​

Article 6: Payment terms ​ Payment for orders is made by credit card. When registering the order, the buyer pays the full amount of the invoice in order to initiate the delivery process. ​ Article 7: Delivery ​ Any product is delivered without guarantee as to delivery times, except for deliveries to individuals. The delivery deadline varies depending on their address. It is fixed, for an address in mainland France, on the day of payment + 14 days and, for other destinations, on the day of payment + 1 month. If local delivery exceeds the scope defined by ENJOY Île de Ré, a right of reservation is granted. Delivery possible to the following countries: mainland France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom. ​ Article 8: Withdrawal period, returns and exchanges ​ In the context of distance selling (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the Customer has, according to Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without have to pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of returning the products concerned. This period runs from the day the goods are received by the Customer. This return can be made either by contacting Enjoy Île de Ré customer service, using the contact form, by email or by telephone, who will indicate to the Customer the procedures to follow. In the event of an error attributable to Enjoy Île de Ré, defective item or order preparation error, Enjoy Île de Ré covers the costs of returning the item. The customer must send the carrier's invoice to Enjoy Île de Ré to obtain compensation. ​ Returned products must be intact, in perfect resalable condition, in their original packaging. They must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however minimal, and in a perfectly clean state. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. ​

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of transport costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer may request reimbursement of the sums paid. The refund does not include shipping costs or return costs. In the event of a refund request, Enjoy Île de Ré will make every effort to reimburse the Customer within 30 days. ​ If the customer wishes to exchange the product, he or she can inform Enjoy Île de Ré customer service by email or by telephone. Enjoy Île de Ré will be able to reserve the item for the customer. Exchanges are only valid for the same product of a different size or color provided that the sale price is equivalent. The initial shipping costs of the product will be refunded to the customer in the form of a credit. No other type of exchange will be accepted.
